Special Weather Statement issued May 27 at 12:14AM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX

At 1214 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Nixon to near Runge. Movement was east at
25 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Kenedy, Yorktown, Nixon, Runge, Smiley, Nordheim, Gillett, Cheapside,
Westhoff, Cotton Patch, Gruenau, New Davy, Sample, Ecleto, and
Helena.
