Mississippi River At Vicksburg affecting Claiborne, Jefferson,
Warren, Tensas and Madison Counties.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Mississippi River at Vicksburg.

* WHEN…Until Thursday, June 12.

* IMPACTS…At 39.5 feet, The Long Lake Road to Eagle Lake Road
remains impassable about 1 mile north of the Long Lake Community.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 38.8 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 39.5
feet early Saturday morning.
– Action stage is 35.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 43.0 feet.
