* WHAT…Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE…In Arkansas, Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Madison,
Washington, and Franklin Counties. In Oklahoma, Cherokee, Adair,
Craig, Delaware, Mayes, and Ottawa Counties.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities are expected to be reduced to less than one
quarter mile by dense fog. Rapidly changing visibility will create
hazardous driving conditions.
