Flash Flood Warning issued May 31 at 1:40AM EDT until May 31 at 3:45AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

At 140 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain with
road closures in Bensalem with cars stuck. Between 1 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 inches in 1
hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE…Trained spotters reported.

IMPACT…Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill, Bensalem,
Mount Laurel, Norristown, Willingboro, Deptford, West Deptford,
West Norriton and East Norriton.
