* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…A portion of southern Vermont, including the following
county, Windham.

* WHEN…Until 1145 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 935 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have
fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Brattleboro, Townshend, Putney, Vernon, Saxtons River,
Westminster, Newfane, Guilford Center, Guilford, Marlboro,
Halifax, Brookline, Athens, North Westminster, Jacksonville,
Williamsville Station, West Dummerston, Williamsville,
Dummerston Center and Naulahka.

SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of light, unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Cedartown, Buchanan, Bremen, Rockmart, Tallapoosa, Fish Creek, Etna, Felton, Eubank Lake, Esom Hill, and Antioch.
