* WHERE…Portions of southwest Pennsylvania, including the
following counties, western Fayette, Greene and southeastern
Washington and northern West Virginia, including the following
counties, northwestern Monongalia and northeastern Wetzel.

* WHEN…Until 500 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1058 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain resulted
in 1.5 and 2.5 inches of total accumulations. Flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
