Flood Warning issued May 30 at 11:00PM EDT until May 31 at 4:45AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE…A portion of northern West Virginia, including the
following counties, southeastern Marion and central Monongalia.

* WHEN…Until 445 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1100 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in
the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5
and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Morgantown, Fairmont, Westover, Star City, Pleasant Valley,
Winfield, Granville, Cassville, Rivesville, Everettville,
Booth, Georgetown, Crown, Osage, Colfax, Valley Falls,
Bentons Ferry and White Hall.
