* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

– At 127 AM EDT, The stream gauge on Patterson Creek near
Headsville indicates that flooding is about to occur. Between
1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen earlier this evening
over a relatively short timeframe, resulting in a steady rise
in stream levels over the past several hours.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
