* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of western Maryland, including the following
areas, Central and Eastern Allegany, Eastern Garrett, Extreme
Western Allegany and Western Garrett and eastern West Virginia,
including the following areas, Eastern Mineral and Western Mineral.

* WHEN…Until 3 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Additional showers producing up to an inch of rain falling on
wet ground may result in flooding.
