…The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a Flood Watch
for the following rivers in Colorado…

Colorado River above Grand Lake affecting Grand County.

.Heavy rain Monday evening into Tuesday Morning may fall on a primed
snowpack leading to the melt increasing. Flows in rivers may
increase quickly and reach critical levels.

* WHAT…Flooding is possible.

* WHERE…Colorado River above Grand Lake.

* WHEN…From Monday afternoon to Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 8.0 feet, Considerable lowland flooding occurs with
trails and foot bridges along and crossing the river flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 11:15 AM MDT Friday the stage was 6.5 feet.
– Forecast…Flood stage may be reached late Monday evening.
– Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
