Small Craft Advisory issued May 30 at 10:26PM PDT until May 31 at 1:00PM PDT by NWS Eureka CA

Unusually strong and dangerous northerly winds are expected this
weekend into Monday. Extremely dangerous ocean conditions with
very steep waves up to 25 feet expected Sunday into Monday.

* WHAT…For the Gale Warning, north winds 25 to 35 kt with
gusts up to 45 kt and seas 8 to 12 feet expected. For the
Storm Warning, north winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt
and seas 18 to 23 feet expected. For the Small Craft Advisory,
northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 8
to 10 feet.

* WHERE…Cape Mendocino to Pt Arena 10 to 60 nm.

* WHEN…For the Gale Warning, from 1 PM Saturday to 9 AM PDT
Sunday. For the Storm Warning, from 9 AM Sunday to 9 AM PDT
Monday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
