A fast moving frontal boundary will bring snow and strong winds
todfay and tonight (Sat). Snow accumulations will be light with
up to 2 inches to the Central Beaufort Sea Coastline and
accumulations up to an inch at Sagwon. There will be strong
westerly winds associated with this front with gusts up to 45 mph.
The strongest winds will remain near the coastline. During
periods of the strongest winds and falling snow there could be
visibility restrictions down to 1 mile or less at times.
With the recent falling snow from earlier this week there could be
additional blowing and drifting snow especially along the Dalton
Highway.
