Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2   Meteorological Summary: Scattered to widespread shower and thunderstorm activity expected across the Sunshine State today. Unlike previous days, the greatest rain chances return to North and Central Florida (65-85% chance of rain).
