Wilkinson Counties.

Mississippi River At Vicksburg affecting Tensas, Warren,
Claiborne, Jefferson and Madison Counties.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Mississippi River at Natchez.

* WHEN…Until Saturday, June 21.

* IMPACTS…At 47.0 feet, Water begins to enter the Carthage Point
Road area south of Natchez.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 47.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 47.4
feet just after midnight tonight.
– Action stage is 38 feet.
– Flood stage is 48 feet.
