Flood Advisory issued June 2 at 4:18PM EDT until June 2 at 6:45PM EDT by NWS Miami FL

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…A portion of southeast Florida, including the following
county, Miami-Dade.

* WHEN…Until 645 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 418 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Kendall, The Redland, Doral, Sweetwater, Kendale Lakes,
Tamiami, Intersection Krome And Kendall Drive, The Hammocks,
Miccosukee Resort, West Kendall, The Crossings, University
Park, Sunset, Country Walk, Fountainbleau, Olympia Heights,
Westchester, Richmond West, Everglades National Park and
Kendall West.
