Flood Advisory issued June 3 at 3:33PM EDT until June 3 at 5:30PM EDT by NWS Jacksonville FL

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Portions of northeast and northern Florida, including the
following counties, in northeast Florida, Putnam. In northern
Florida, Alachua and Marion.

* WHEN…Until 530 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 333 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Hawthorne, Orange Springs, Johnson, Lochloosa and Hog Valley.
