* WHEN…From Wednesday evening to late Friday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 28.0 feet, Low-lying areas along the river begin to
flood.

– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow evening to a crest of 28.7 feet early Thursday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Thursday
