Flood Warning issued June 3 at 9:28PM CDT until June 4 at 3:45AM CDT by NWS Topeka KS

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…A portion of east central Kansas, including the following
county, Anderson.

* WHEN…Until 345 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Emergency
management has reported water rescues.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 927 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is
already occurring, and 4 water rescues have been reported
within the county. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have
fallen.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Garnett, Colony, Greeley, Westphalia, Kincaid, Lone Elm,
Harris and Garnett Airport.
