Flood Advisory issued June 4 at 10:45PM CDT until June 5 at 3:45AM CDT by NWS Amarillo TX

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of the Panhandle of Texas, including the
following counties, Armstrong, Carson, Potter and Randall.

* WHEN…Until 345 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1045 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Amarillo, Canyon, Lake Tanglewood, Mescalero Park, Palo Duro
Canyon, Washburn, Timbercreek Canyon and Pantex.
