* WHEN…From late Wednesday night to Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 26.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 24.7 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tonight to a crest of 26.3 feet tomorrow morning. It
will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
– Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
