Winter Storm Warning issued June 5 at 1:27AM AKDT until June 7 at 7:00AM AKDT by NWS Fairbanks AK

* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12
inches.

* WHERE…South of Toolik Lake including Atigun and Anaktuvuk
Passes.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM AKDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow will begin today then become heavy at
times overnight and into Friday. The heaviest snow will likely
be just south and east of Anaktuvuk Pass and towards Atigun
Pass. Another round of snow looks to move into the area on
Sunday and continue into Monday. Those snow amounts are not
included in this product, but there may be several additional
inches of snow.
