* WHEN…Through Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– With a humid air mass remaining in place, additional rounds
of showers and thunderstorms with heavy downpours Saturday
morning into early afternoon will lead to an increased risk
for flash flooding. Urban, low lying and poor drainage areas
will be most susceptible to flooding.
