Flood Advisory issued June 7 at 9:22PM EDT until June 8 at 12:30AM EDT by NWS Louisville KY

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of central Kentucky, including the following
counties, Anderson, Franklin, Scott and Woodford.

* WHEN…Until 1230 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 922 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Georgetown, Frankfort, Lawrenceburg, Versailles, Midway,
Stamping Ground, White Sulphur, Watkinsville, Woodlake and
Duval.
