* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE…Neosho River near Commerce.
* WHEN…Until early Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS…At 19.0 feet, low lying areas around Miami become cut
off from easy access. Riverview Park experiences moderate
flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be
threatened.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 19.8 feet.
– Forecast…The river crested early this morning at 19.83 feet
and is now slowly falling. The river is expected to fall
below flood stage Thursday morning.
