Neosho River at Oswego affecting Cherokee and Labette Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Neosho River at Oswego.

* WHEN…Until late Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 19.5 feet, Xavier Road leading north from the river
gage begins to see water near the road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 19.5 feet and falling.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Wednesday afternoon and continue falling to 13.6 feet Friday
morning.
– Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
