Special Weather Statement issued June 7 at 9:31PM CDT by NWS Paducah KY

At 931 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Ava to near Altenburg to near
Millersville. Movement was southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Trail Of Tears State Park, Grand Tower,
Altenburg, Patton, Millersville, Ware, Daisy, Cedar Lake Area, Alto
Pass, Frohna, Oak Ridge, Gorham, Sedgewickville, Pocahontas,
Longtown, Old Appleton, and East Cape Girardeau.

This includes Interstate 55 between Mile Markers 96 and 125.
