At 257 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles northeast of Chipley to 11 miles northwest of Vernon. Movement was east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Vernon, Chipley, Graceville, Bonifay, Marianna, Bradford, Cottondale, Ponce De Leon, Alford, Caryville, Wausau, Esto, Westville, Noma, Whitehead Crossroads, Cerrogordo, Gritney, Izagora, New Hope, and Noma Junction.
