Flood Advisory issued June 8 at 9:58PM CDT until June 10 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Norman OK

…The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following rivers in Oklahoma…

Canadian River near Bridgeport affecting Canadian, Grady, Blaine
and Caddo Counties.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Canadian River near Bridgeport.

* WHEN…From this evening to Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 12.0 feet, The river remains within its banks in
southern Blaine… northern Caddo… and southwestern Canadian
counties. Low-lying bottomlands near the river may be cut off from
easy access by high water in side channels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:30 PM CDT Sunday the estimated stage is around 12 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river will rise to 12.5 feet tomorrow evening.
It will then fall to 11.4 feet Thursday evening. It will
remain below flood stage.
– Action stage is 12.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
