Special Weather Statement issued June 8 at 9:36PM CDT by NWS Norman OK

At 936 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 4 miles northeast of Johnson to 3 miles east of
Hickory. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Shawnee, Ada, Seminole, Tecumseh, Holdenville, Sulphur, Coalgate,
Wewoka, Prague, Stratford, Konawa, Wetumka, Byng, Meeker, Maud,
Allen, Roff, Earlsboro, Stonewall, and Bowlegs.
