Special Weather Statement issued June 9 at 4:12PM EDT by NWS Miami FL

At 412 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking
a strong thunderstorm 7 miles west of Miccosukee Indian Reservation,
or 29 miles east of Ave Maria. This storm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 45 to 50 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Big Cypress Seminole Reservation and Big Cypress National Preserve.

Air Quality Alert issued June 9 at 9:00PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

An Air Quality Advisory for ground level fine particles has been issued by the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency for Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage and Summit Counties. The advisory is from midnight tonight to midnight Tuesday night. Air quality levels will be unhealthy for sensitive groups during this period.
