Northeastern Cumberland County in south central Pennsylvania…
Southwestern Dauphin County in south central Pennsylvania…
East Central Perry County in south central Pennsylvania…
Northwestern York County in south central Pennsylvania…

* Until 445 AM EDT.

* At 140 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts up
to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Harrisburg, Lower Allen, Colonial Park, Progress, Mechanicsburg,
Camp Hill, New Cumberland, Linglestown, Enola, Steelton, Lemoyne,
Paxtonia, Rutherford, Lawnton, Valley Green, Wormleysburg,
Bressler-Enhaut-Oberlin, Penbrook, Marysville and Highspire.
