* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

– At 1113 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain which
prompted the advisory has ended. However, minor flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area as
runoff from the earlier rain collects in streams and other
low lying areas.
