Louisiana…Arkansas…Mississippi…

Mississippi River Near Greenville affecting Washington, East
Carroll, Issaquena and Chicot Counties.

Mississippi River At Natchez affecting Adams, Wilkinson and
Concordia Counties.

Mississippi River At Vicksburg affecting Warren, Jefferson,
Tensas, Claiborne and Madison Counties.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Mississippi River at Vicksburg.

* WHEN…Until Tuesday, June 24.

* IMPACTS…At 38.8 feet, The Vicksburg FloodWall Gate at Crawford
street is closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 35.7 feet.
– Forecast…The river will rise to 37.8 feet early Saturday
morning. It will then fall to 37.4 feet Tuesday, June 17. It
will rise to 37.8 feet Thursday, June 19. It will then fall
again and remain below flood stage.
– Action stage is 35.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 43.0 feet.
