…The National Weather Service in Mobile AL has issued a Flood
Warning for the following river in Alabama…Florida…

Escambia River Near Century affecting Escambia County.

For the Escambia River…including Century…Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Escambia River near Century.

* WHEN…From late tonight to Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 17.0 feet, considerable flooding of lowlands.
At 19.0 feet, low lying pastures will flood. Cattle should be
moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tonight to a crest of 18.1 feet early Thursday morning.
It will then fall below flood stage late Friday morning.
– Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
