At 939 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles southwest
of Mertzon, moving south at 20 mph.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR SOUTHEASTERN IRION COUNTY AND
NORTHWESTERN SCHLEICHER COUNTY.

HAZARD…Three inch hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
siding, and vehicles.

Locations impacted include…
Mertzon, Sherwood, and Us-190 Near The Crockett-Sutton County Line.
