For the Escambia River…including Century…Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Escambia River near Century.

* WHEN…Until early Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 17.0 feet, considerable flooding of lowlands occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 16.8 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this morning to a crest of 17.7 feet just after midnight
tonight. It will then fall below flood stage Friday morning.
– Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
