* Flash Flood Warning for…
West Central Sevier County in southwestern Arkansas…
Southern McCurtain County in southeastern Oklahoma…
Northwestern Bowie County in northeastern Texas…
Northwestern Camp County in northeastern Texas…
Central Franklin County in northeastern Texas…
Northwestern Morris County in northeastern Texas…
Central Red River County in northeastern Texas…
Titus County in northeastern Texas…

* Until 1130 AM CDT.

* At 823 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Mount Pleasant, Clarksville, Boxelder, Idabel, Broken Bow, Mount
Vernon, De Kalb, Omaha, Wilkerson, Dalby Springs, Us 259 And I 30
Intersection, Cookville, Cason, Purley, Winfield, Talco, Avery,
Annona, Haworth and Garvin.
