Flood Warning issued June 13 at 9:39AM CDT until June 13 at 12:45PM CDT by NWS Memphis TN

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of West Tennessee, including the following
counties, Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Haywood, Lauderdale and Madison.

* WHEN…Until 1245 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain impassable due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 938 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Humboldt, Alamo, Bells, Adair, Chestnut Bluff, Maury City,
Friendship, Gadsden, Brims Corner, Quincy, Crockett Mills,
Johnsons Grove, Maury Junction, Coxville, Owl City, Gibson
Wells, Fruitvale, Brazil, Hodson and Elizabeth.
