Special Weather Statement issued June 12 at 9:39PM CDT by NWS Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN

At 939 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from near Mankato to near Waldorf, or
extending from near Mankato to 23 miles northwest of Albert Lea,
moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include…
Mankato, North Mankato, St. Peter, Waseca, Le Center, Eagle Lake,
Janesville, Waterville, New Richland, Madison Lake, St. Clair,
Kasota, Elysian, Pemberton, Waldorf, Cleveland, Otisco, Lemond,
Smiths Mill and Alma City.
