Central Webster County in northeastern West Virginia…

* Until 445 AM EDT.

* At 100 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 4.5
inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5
inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing
or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
