At 1219 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles northwest of Gustave, or 30 miles southwest of Buffalo, moving
east at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near…
Gustave around 1225 AM MDT.
Harding around 1245 AM MDT.
East Short Pines around 1250 AM MDT.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following county, Perry. * WHEN...Until 745 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1216 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
