Flood Advisory issued June 15 at 12:32AM CDT until June 15 at 4:30AM CDT by NWS Norman OK

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of central Oklahoma, including the following
counties, Cleveland, Lincoln, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie.

* WHEN…Until 430 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1231 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen
in some areas.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Oklahoma City, northeastern Norman, southeastern Edmond,
Moore, Midwest City, Del City, Choctaw, Harrah, McLoud,
Spencer, Jones, Nicoma Park, Luther, Wellston, Valley Brook,
Sparks, Warwick, Fallis, Newalla and Stella.
