Flood Advisory issued June 15 at 4:14PM EDT until June 15 at 6:30PM EDT by NWS Tallahassee FL

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Portions of Big Bend and Panhandle Florida, including the
following counties, in Big Bend Florida, Franklin, Liberty and
Wakulla. In Panhandle Florida, Gulf.

* WHEN…Until 630 PM EDT /530 PM CDT/.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 414 PM EDT /314 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 4
inches of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Carrabelle, Apalachicola, Eastpoint, Port St. Joe, Mexico
Beach, Franklin, Fort Gadsden, Buck Siding, Howard Creek,
Beverly, Willis Landing, Hays Place, Sumatra, Creels,
Dalkeith, Bay City, Apalachicola Airport, Tilton, Owens
Bridge and High Bluff.
