Sabine River Near Hawkins affecting Upshur, Smith and Wood
Counties.

For the Sabine River…including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater,
Longview, Beckville, Logansport…Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Sabine River near Hawkins.

* WHEN…From Sunday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 32.0 feet, Expect flooded boatramps and several
hundreds of acres of pastures. Move livestock and equipment to
higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 22.0 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 31.2
feet early Wednesday morning.
– Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
