* WHERE…The following county, in southeast Indiana, Franklin and
the following counties, in Ohio, Butler, Clark, Greene, Madison,
Montgomery and Preble.

* WHEN…Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
