Flash Flood Warning issued June 15 at 11:23PM EDT until June 16 at 12:30AM EDT by NWS Louisville KY

At 1123 PM EDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain in Northern Washington County and Southwestern
Mercer County. Between 3.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE…Emergency management reported.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include…
Danville, Harrodsburg, Burgin, Willisburg, Mackville, Dixville,
Nevada, Bohon, Cornishville and Riverview Estates.
