Cottonwood Creek at Guthrie affecting Logan County.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Cottonwood Creek at Guthrie.

* WHEN…Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 20.0 feet, Cottonwood Creek reaches bankfull levels
or higher in a few places along the rural flood plain downstream
to the Cimarron River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Cottonwood creek is estimated to be around 19 feet as of 7
PM.
– Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
– Forecast…The Cottonwood Creek is expected crest at 20.2
feet late tonight.
– Action stage is 20.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
