* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of northwest Florida, including the following
county, Santa Rosa.

* WHEN…Until 700 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 321 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Jay, Cobbtown, New York, Brownsdale, Chumuckla, Mount Carmel,
Chumuckla Springs, Berrydale, Fidelis and Dixonville.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ohoopee River near Reidsville. * WHEN...From Tuesday evening until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, water enters the back yards of some homes in the Joy Bluff community. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1000 AM EDT Monday, the stage was 10.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Tuesday evening and continue rising to a crest of 12.0 feet early Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ogeechee River at Midville. * WHEN...From this afternoon until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 6.0 feet, the access road into the River Bluff community in Midville floods. The lower portion of Johnson Road near Herndon is also flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1000 AM EDT Monday, the stage was 5.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon and continue rising to 6.2 feet early Wednesday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 6.0 feet.
