central Washington in the afternoon through the early evenings on
Monday and Wednesday.

* Affected Area: Western Columbia Basin (Zone 707).

* Winds: Southwest around 15 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* Relative Humidities: 14 to 25 percent.

* Impacts: Risk of new or existing fires spreading rapidly.
