Mississippi River At Vicksburg affecting Tensas, Madison,
Claiborne, Jefferson and Warren Counties.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Mississippi River at Vicksburg.

* WHEN…Until Tuesday, July 01.

* IMPACTS…At 39.5 feet, The Long Lake Road to Eagle Lake Road
becomes impassable about 1 mile north of the Long Lake Community.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 38.2 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 39.2
feet Friday evening.
– Action stage is 35.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 43.0 feet.
